Yokohama India hosted its extensive three-day Annual Dealers Meet in March 2023 at its Bahadurgarh factory, welcoming approximately 650 dealers from across India, divided into three separate groups. The event's flawless repetition over three days showcased exceptional organizational planning.

The dealer experience commenced with a visit to the Bahadurgarh factory. Guests were welcomed through a large, branded archway featuring the Yokohama logo and the "Yokohama Club Network" identity, setting a professional tone. Attendees also enjoyed vibrant cultural performances, such as Bhangra dancers, adding an element of celebration. The evening events involved formal functions and a gala dinner. A branded step-and-repeat wall featuring the Yokohama and YCN logos served as a primary photo opportunity for the dealers.
