Kettle successfully managed a grand special meetup for the Tiens Group, a Chinese multinational MLM company, celebrating its 22nd Anniversary in Delhi. The event was a large-scale logistical challenge, designed to accommodate an expected footfall of over 8,000 attendees from its vast sales network. To facilitate the massive crowd and vehicular movement, we planned and executed the event at the Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium .

Our team transformed the enormous indoor stadium into a breathtaking celebratory arena. The event featured one of the largest production setups, including a spectacular, wide-format main LED screen flanked by screens on either side, and a grand, multi-tiered circular stage designed to maximize visibility and impact. The spectacular celebratory event included high-energy dance performances , cultural presentations, product showcases, and special recognition awards for network leaders . This event stands as a testament to our proficiency in executing high-stakes, international corporate spectacles with massive attendance.
