Kettle had successfully orchestrated the Max Annual Day celebration in 2015, bringing together over 2000 staff and employees of the leading healthcare brand. The sheer scale necessitated an unconventional venue choice: the Indoor Stadium within Delhi’s Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium complex .

Our primary challenge was transforming the massive indoor arena into a cohesive and celebratory environment. We designed and managed a spectacular production setup featuring a wide, multi-panel LED video wall and a unique circular suspended screen to ensure optimal visibility and engagement for the expansive audience.

By creating an inspiring and grand atmosphere, we not only managed the complex logistics for over 2000 individuals but also helped Max Healthcare effectively reinforce staff recognition and foster a strong, unified team spirit within one of India's top healthcare organizations.
